We want you to be happy with your products! All returns require prior authorization by a Salt & Rind Representative. Please return your Salt & Rind subscription box within 7 days of the delivery date with the original packaging and products unopened and unused along with the invoice for a full refund. Return of used or open products will result in a 75% refund. Returns after 7 days will be issued 50% refund. We reserve the right not to accept a return. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs if you choose to return the products.

We can ship anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes or import fees associated with international shipping. When you place an order, you will be provided with shipping options that best suit the amount of product you buy and your location. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If items were damaged during shipping, please open the package right away and take photos of the damaged product. Email us with your order number along with the photos of the damaged product and we will send out replacements and request the damaged ones be shipped back to us. For any package lost or stolen, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the specific carrier that was used to deliver the package. Please include our information requested on the Claim so that we are able to see the progress. The customer does receive tracking details so they can keep an eye on the delivery date and time to expect the package. Please reach out to a Salt & Rind representative once the claim is filed to work on shipping a new box.
