  • Start with how you feel - our "How Do You Feel?" guide on the home page routes you to the right one. If you'd rather we decide, send us a note before booking and we'll point you somewhere thoughtful. World Tour is also a beautiful first visit - it's our seasonal signature.

  • Sugaring is an all-natural paste - sugar, water, and lemon - applied at body temperature and removed by hand in the direction of hair growth. It's gentler on skin than wax, far less likely to irritate, and with consistency, regrowth becomes softer and more sparse over time.

  • Come as you are. For facials, arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if you can - if not, no problem, we'll handle it. For sugaring, allow 3–5 weeks of growth, skip lotions and oils on the day, and let the area breathe. Espresso's on us either way.

  • For facials, monthly is the sweet spot - it works with your skin's natural cycle. For sugaring, every 3–5 weeks keeps you consistently smooth and trains the hair to grow back finer over time. We'll give you an honest rhythm after your first visit.
